Changes to Tutoring

As of January 2, 2012, all MyMathLab and MyStatLab courses now offer 24/7 online tutoring, and no longer offer phone-based tutoring. All registered MyMathLab and MyStatLab students will have an opportunity to sample the online tutoring service (one free session of up to 30-minutes) at no charge. Further optional tutoring sessions will then be available for purchase. Some of the benefits of this new model include:

No additional registration needed from MML/MSL

All tutoring done via interactive whiteboard

Tutoring sessions are archived, for later reference
